THE HARINGEY (HAVELOCK ROAD & ROSEBERY AVENUE N17)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

The Council of the London Borough of Haringey has made the above Temporary Traffic Order under S14(1) Road Traffic Regulation Order 1984 described below:

Havelock Road & Rosebery Avenue N17

Reason for 14(1) Order – Improvement works to the junction of Havelock Road & Rosebery Avenue involving new paving and the installation of raingardens

Date: 17th March 2024 to 21st April 2025 Times: 24hrs1. Road closure of Havelock Road N17 between its junctions with Rosebery Avenue and Sherringham Avenue. 2. Road closure of Rosebery Avenue N17 between its junctions with Hollington Road and Hanbury Road. Diversion route will be available via Hanbury Road and Sherringham Avenue. - For HGVs, diversion route available via High Road, Landsdowne Road, Dowsett Road and vice versa. Access to properties located in the above lengths of road will be maintained where the works allow. Suspension of Permit Holder Only parking and introduction of no waiting/no loading at any time restrictions: 1. On the north side of Rosebery Avenue N17, from outside No.115-131. 2. a. South side of Rosebery Avenue N17: i. Outside No.90-94 ii. Outside No.102-106 3. Both sides of Havelock Road N17, adjacent to flank walls of No.98 and No.100 Rosebery Avenue N17. No parking/waiting/loading/unloading
The order will come into operation on 17th March 2025 and may continue in force for up to 18 months or until works have been completed, whichever is earlier.

The provisions of the Orders shall apply only at such times and as directed by traffic signs. For road closures, alternative routes will be directed by traffic signs. Access will be maintained where possible. For more information contact or visit our website at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders.
