Worsley Road Worsley, And Westwood Park - Prohibition Of Waiting
What is happening?
The Council of the City of Salford proposes to make the CITY OF SALFORD (WORSLEY ROAD WORSLEY, AND WESTWOOD PARK) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the proposed Order will be to introduce the following provisions No Waiting at Any Time on: Worsley Road north side, from a point 60m northwest of the westerly projected kerbline of Larch Avenue, for 20m in a north westerly direction.
The Order was made on 11th March 2025 and will come into effect on the 17th March 2025. A copy of the Order and plan are available for inspection at Swinton Gateway, 100 Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 6BP Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Anyone wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may within 6 weeks from 11th March 2025 apply to the High Court for such purpose.
