NOTICE OF VARIATION OF OFF-STREET CAR PARKING CHARGES 2025
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Stroud District Council of Ebley Mill, Ebley Wharf, Stroud, Gloucestershire GL5 4UB (“the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as further regulated by Regulation 25 of The Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, that with effect from 1 April 2025, the charges for parking in Cheapside car park, Stroud will be varied as set out below.
