RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy wedi gwneud Gorchymyn, a’i effaith yw i wahardd unrhyw gerddwr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o lwybr troed cyhoeddus Rhif 16 yng nghymuned Llanddoged a Maenan gan ddechrau o Ffordd Llanrwst (A470) ychydig i’r gogledd o Abaty Maenan, ar gyfeirnod grid SH 7898 6576, mae’r llwybr yn mynd ymlaen i gyfeiriad gorllewinol gan groesi’r rheilffordd yna ar hyd yr arglawdd sy’n troi tua’r de am oddeutu 2km cyn troi tua’r dwyrain i Groesfan Tan Lan a gorffen wrth y gyffordd â Ffordd Llanrwst (A470), ar gyfeirnod grid SH 7909 6352

Mae angen y Gorchymyn oherwydd peryglon tebygol i’r cyhoedd.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 13 Mawrth 2025.

Disgwylir y bydd y llwybr troed ar gau am gyfnod o ddim mwy na 6 mis.

SECTION 14(1)

Conwy County Borough Council

(Footpath 16 Llanddoged and Maenan)

(Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) Order 2025

NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council has made an Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any pedestrian to proceed in that length of public footpath No 16 in the community of Llanddoged and Maenan starting from Llanrwst Road (A470) just north of Maenan Abbey, at grid reference SH 7898 6576 the path proceeds in a westerly direction crossing the railway then continuing along the embankment which turns southerly for approximately 2km before turning easterly to Tan Lan Crossing and ending at the junction with Llanrwst Road (A470), at grid reference SH 7909 6352

The Order is necessary for the reason of likelihood of danger to the public.

The Order will come into effect on 13 March 2025

It is anticipated that the footpath will be closed for a maximum period of 6 months.
