CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL
(C107, WESTONING)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the full length of C107, Westoning from A5120 to Tingrith High Street, Westoning.
This temporary closure is required to enable new sewer connection work to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.
It is expected that the works will take place from 31 March to 2 April 2025 between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.
The alternative route for this closure is via Steppingley Road, ZUC105, Eversholt Road, C100, Flitwick Road, Steppingley Road, A5120 and vice versa.
The Order will come into operation on 31 March 2025 for a period of eighteen months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL
(WOODSIDE, ASPLEY GUISE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of Woodside, Aspley Guise from the junction with West Hill to outside Oakview.
This temporary closure is required to enable gas governor replacement works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.
It is expected that the works will take place from 31 March to 9 May 2025. The road will be closed at all times during this period.
The alternative route for this closure is via Westhill, Duke Street, Woodside and vice versa.
The Order will come into operation on 31 March 2025 for a period of three months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of Bedford Road, Brogborough from Salford Road to Bowling Close.
This temporary closure is required to enable surfacing work alongside 278 works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.
It is expected that the works will take place from 31 March to 2 April 2025 and again from 26 May to 31 May between the hours of 8pm and 6am. The road will be closed at all times during this period.
The alternative route for this closure is via Sheeptick End, Station Road, High Street, A507 and vice versa.
The Order will come into operation on 31 March 2025 for a period of eighteen months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the length of Aspley Lane, Aspley Guise outside Birchmoor Lodge.
This temporary closure is required to enable meter exchange works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.
It is expected that the works will take place on 17 March 2025 between the hours of 8am and 6pm. The road will be closed at all times during this period.
The alternative route for this closure is via Woodside, Aspley Hill, Woburn Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into operation on 17 March 2025 for a period of eighteen months or until the proposed works have been completed, as detailed above, whichever is the earlier.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle, except a vehicle being used for fire, police or ambulance purposes in an emergency, from proceeding along the lengths of High Street, Boughton End and Bury Ware, Lidlington between Upper Great Farm and South View Farm.
This temporary closure is required to enable excavation and ducting works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs. Where possible access will be maintained to property and premises but may be restricted from time to time according to local signing.
It is expected that the works will take place on the following dates:
Bury Ware from 14th to 16th March 2025 from 8am to 6pm
High Street on 9th May 2025 from 8am to 6pm Boughton End from 12th to 13th May 2025 from 8am to 6pm The alternative routes for this closure are:
Bury Ware – A507, Boughton End Lane and vice versa
High Street – Marston Road, Station Road, Sandhill Close, A507 and vice versa

(TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Central Bedfordshire Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding a 30mph speed limit along the full length of Bedford Road, Brogborough.
This temporary speed limit is required to enable section 278 works to take place and shall apply to such extent as may from time to time be indicated by the appropriate traffic signs.
It is expected that the 30mph speed limit will be in operation from 3 March 2025.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 7 March 2025 for a period of eighteen months or until the proposed works have been completed whichever is the earlier.

CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL (SHILLINGTON: PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 14)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Central Bedfordshire Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any person proceeding on foot along the length of public Footpath No. 14, Shillington which extends from its junction with Bridleway No. 8 at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) TL 1232 3387 for approximately 355 metres to its junction with Footpath No. 40 at OSGR TL 1232 3352.
This temporary closure is required for safety purposes until the bridge midway along the path at OS GR 1231 3366 has been replaced. The closure is expected to take place from 14th March until 13th September 2025.
The alternative route for footpath users while the closure is in operation is to take the Shillington Bridleway No. 8 westwards to the junction with Shillington Footpath No. 40, at this junction turn left and continue in a south easterly direction.

CENTRAL BEDFORDSHIRE COUNCIL (LIDLINGTON: PART OF FOOTPATH NO. 21)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Central Bedfordshire Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any person proceeding on foot along part of public Footpath No. 21, Lidlington which extends from Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OS GR) SP 9819 3867 to (OS GR) SP 9793 3857.
This temporary closure is required for safety purposes as part of the surface of the path near the footbridge has collapsed.
The closure is expected to take place from 14th March 2025 to 13th September 2025.
The alternative route whilst the closure is in place is along public footpath Lidlington No. 16, No. 14 and No. 20.
