ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

(Mill Lane & Manor Street, Otley)

(Temporary Restriction of Traffic & Suspension  of One-Way Traffic Flow) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to bridge construction works, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: 1. No person shall cause any vehicle to proceed on Mill La, between Bridge St and Manor St (at any time during the overall Order period when the road closure is in place). 2. No person shall cause any vehicle to wait on; a. Mill La (both sides); between Bridge St and Manor St. b. Manor St (NE side) for either 15m from Mill La or from a point 30m south-east of Mill La, for 20m in a SE direction. c. Manor St (SW side) for either 65m from Mill La or from the access to All Saints Court, for 12m in a NW direction; Provided That such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the relevant work. 3. The existing One-Way Order at the junction of Manor St/Mill La will also be temporarily suspended at any time when the closure of Mill La is in place. Diversionary Routes for vehicles affected by the above will be available via Bridge St, Cattle Market St, North Parade & Manor St; and also via Manor St, North Parade, Courthouse St & Bridge St. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into effect on 13 March 2025 and will continue in force for a maximum period of 18 months (or until the works are completed if earlier). The Order also revokes Leeds City Council (Mill La & Manor St, Otley) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic & Suspension of One-Way Traffic Flow) Order 2024, that was made and come into force on 19 December 2024. (King George Avenue, Chapel Allerton, Leeds)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas main replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter King George Avenue, Leeds in the Chapel Allerton ward from Harrogate Road, Harehills Lane or Chapeltown Road. Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available: a. For traffic heading northbound along Harrogate Road (wishing to turn right onto King George Avenue) via Harrogate Road, Montreal Avenue, King George Avenue. b. For traffic heading northbound along Harrogate Road (wishing to turn left onto King George Avenue) via Harrogate Road, Roxholme Drive, Gledhow Park Ave, Gledhow Park Drive. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 7th April 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Bradford Road, Stanningley, Leeds)

(Temporary Parking Bay Suspension) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That because Telecom works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or park in either of the 2 parking bays situated outside 37-39 Bradford Road, Stanningley, Leeds. This is to allow for a pedestrian walkway to be provided during works outside 37-39 Bradford Road, Stanningley. The Order is intended to operate between 09:30 hrs and 15:30 hrs on Monday 7th April 2025. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Gas Mains Replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Miles Hill View, Potternewton, Leeds, between its junctions with Scott Hall Road and Miles Hill Street. Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via:Miles Hill Street, Potternewton Lane & Miles Hill Road and also via Miles Hill View, Miles Hill Road, Potternewton Lane & Scott Hall Road. The Order is intended to come into operation on Thursday 3rd April 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Northern Power Grid works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Lumby Lane, Pudsey, Leeds in the Pudsey Ward between its junctions with Littlemoor Road and Leafield Drive. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Littlemoor Road, Valley Road, Lumby Lane and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Saturday 5th April 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger arising to the public from the holding of the above additional events; Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: 1: No person shall cause any vehicle, (between Midnight and 23:59 hours, on the event dates specified in the Title to this Notice) to: a) proceed along St Michael’s La between its junctions with Newport View and Beechwood Cres; b) proceed along St Michael’s La, between its junctions with Cardigan Rd and Newport View; other than in a SW direction c) proceed along Newport View between its junctions with St Michael’s La and Newport Rd; other than in a SE direction, or d) enter or be in the 3 disabled bays on Kirkstall La, or to wait with the exception of Taxi’s. 2: No person shall cause any vehicle to stop (between Midnight and 23:59 hours on the event dates specified in the Title to this Notice) on sections of: St Michael’s La; Beechwood Cres; Kirkstall La; Headingley Mount; Cardigan Rd; Victoria Rd; St Michael’s Grove; St Michael’s Road; Canterbury Road; Headingley Ave; Estcourt Ave; St Anne’s Drive & Lane; St Ann’s Way & Square (the whole); Queenswood Rise (the whole); Stanmore Cres; Stanmore Terr (the whole); Bentcliffe Drive; Batcliffe Mount; St Chad’s Drive; St Chad’s View; Beckett’s Park Drive; Newport View and Newport Cres.The Order detailed above is intended to come into operation as necessary for the following events on the dates specified, (Provided That should any of the events be rescheduled, or additional events be scheduled the Order will also operate on the revised/additional dates). (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas main replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Selby Road, Temple Newsam, Leeds, adjacent to properties no.161-185 Selby Road. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Selby Road, Temple Newsam Road, New Temple Gate, Templegate Avenue, Templegate Green & Temple Gate. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Saturday 5th April 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.  The works are expected to be completed by Monday 21st April 2025. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That because gas mains replacement  works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order the effect of which will be that  No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Main Street, Allerton Bywater, Leeds, between 25 Main Street and the junction of Park Lane. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Park Lane, Barnsdale Road, Station Road, Main Street and vice versa. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 7th April 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because gas main replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Vicars Terrace, Allerton Bywater, Leeds, between its junctions with Nain Street and Park Lane. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Park Lane, Main Street and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 31st March 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
