Benson Street - Temporary Closures to Facilitate Major Utility Repair and Replacement Works

What is happening?

LEICESTER CITY COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S. 14 BENSON STREET, DRINKSTONE ROAD, TEMPLE ROAD - TEMPORARY CLOSURES

To facilitate major utility repair and replacement works taking place on or near the following sections of highway, the Council intends to make an order which will be in effect from 23rd March 2025 until approximately 17th April 2025, the effect of which will be to Prohibit the movement of all vehicles on sections of Benson Street, St Saviours Road, Suffolk Street, Drinkstone Road and Temple Road.

The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works, whichever occurs first. For further information, visit: one.network/uk/leicester.
