Variation of On-Street Charges
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Chelmsford City Council acting on behalf of the South Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 30 June 2022 and under section 46A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and in accordance with the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 intends to vary the tariff of fees and charges contained within Schedules 4 and 7 of The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 relating to the use of on-street parking places in the Borough of Basildon.
The new tariff of fees and charges is set out in the following Schedule. The fees and charges indicated in the final column will come into effect on Tuesday 1 April 2025.
