What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)

(FOOTPATH FOR NOELLE DRIVE, NEWTON ABBOT)
ORDER 2025 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 17/3/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 28/3/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.

Roads affected: FOOTPATH FOR NOELLE DRIVE, NEWTON ABBOT

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - FOOTPATH FOR NOELLE DRIVE, FOOTWAY NOELLE DRIVE, FOOTPATH FOR NOELLE DRIVE & VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: 2 JOINT HOLES IN TARMAC FOOTWAY & 40M TRENCHING IN TARMAC FOOTWAY FOR CABLE

Roads affected: COOKS CLOSE & EASTERN ROAD, ASHBURTON

THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: FOOTWAYS WORKS (WITH PARKING SUSPENSIONS).

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - ROAD FROM BURNE CROSS TO WRIGWELL CROSS, ROAD FROM MILL CROSS TO METLEY CROSS & VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: DRAINAGE WORKS.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - BELGRAVE ROAD, AUDLEY RISE & VICE VERSA.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: MULTIPLE SERVICE CONNECTIONS.
