Erewash Borough Council (Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2025, Notice Of Variation

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Erewash Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 35(1) and 35(3) and 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and of all other enabling powers is to revise the charges for Off Street Parking Places in the car parks listed in the following schedule. 

This Notice will vary the parking charges in only the car parks listed below and correspondingly detailed in the Schedule of Charges contained within the Erewash Borough Council (Civil Enforcement Off-street Parking Places) Order 2025. 

The variations will be brought into effect on 1 April 2025
