What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (PROHIBITION OF LOADING, WAITING AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET AND VERGE PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO 019) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council has made a Traffic Regulation Order on 07th March 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

We are introducing the following:

Double Yellow Lines- Coates Lane/Wyndham Avenue (At Junction) - Coates Lane (Opposite Numbers 63 - 67) - Coates Lane/Disraeli Crescent (At Junction) - Coates Lane (Both sides from Disraeli Crescent to No. 27)High Wycombe
No Stopping At Any Time On Verge or FootwayCoates Lane (From opposite Wyndham Avenue Junction to Opposite No. 53)High Wycombe
We are revoking (removing) the following:

This Order shall come into effect on the 07th of March 2025.

A copy of the Order, together with all supporting documents, may be inspected during normal office hours at "Council Access Point (CAP+), Walton Street Offices, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, United Kingdom".

If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or any provision contained therein, on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from Friday 07th March 2025, apply to the High Court.
