(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Lostwithiel.
This prohibition is necessary for carriageway surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th March 2025 to 5th April 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.
Roads affected - A390 Between Junction With B3359 At Middle Taphouse And Dobwalls Roundabout, A390 West Of Hillside To Junction East Of Cripstone Farm,
A390 Between Junction With B3359 At Middle Taphouse And Junction At North Lane, A390 Between Junction At North Lane And Junction North Of Trewindle and A390 Between Junction North Of Trewindle And Grenville Road for their entire lengths, Grenville Road between grid references SX 12229 60969 and SX 11113 59768 and Liddicoat Road between the junctions with Grenville Road and Cott Road, Lostwithiel.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Pillaton.
This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th March 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0900 and 1600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Axford Hill To Vallards Lane, Pillaton between grid references SX 37007 65698 and SX 37126 65015.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Lostwithiel.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th April 2025 to 10th April 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1630, weekdays only.
Road affected - Castle Hill, Lostwithiel from unnamed road leading past Cowbridge To Rose Hill to near Access To Castle.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 10th March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Gunnislake.
This prohibition is necessary for test, rod, roping and ducting installation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th March 2025 to 2nd April 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1800 and 0600, weekdays only.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Calstock. This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th April 2025 to 11th April 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Eric Road, Calstock between grid references SX 44344 68927 and SX 44317 68888.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 2nd May 2024 continuing to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being King Street, Torpoint between junction on Quarry Street and junction on Tamar Street.
The Order which commenced on the 3rd May 2024 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 10th October 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because rebuilding works are being executed on or near the road.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified
above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in West Looe.
This prohibition is necessary for underground structure works and it is expected that
the closure will be from 7th April 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.
