The City Of Plymouth - To Prohibit The Driving, Parking, Waiting, Loading And Unloading Of Vehicles
What is happening?
PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (WINGFIELD WAY/ WINGFIELD ROAD/MOLESWORTH ROAD/THE ELMS/GARFIELD TERRACE/OSBORNE ROAD/ VALLETORT ROAD) TEMPORARY PROHIBITATION OF DRIVING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:
1. To prohibit the driving, parking, waiting, loading and unloading of vehicles:
- Wingfield Road - between Wingfield Way and Molesworth Road
- Wingfield Way - for its entirety
- Molesworth Road - between Wingfield Road and Osborne Road
- The Elms - for its entirety
- Osborne Road - for its entirety
- Garfield Terrace - between Collingwood Road and Valletort Road
-Valletort Road - between Garfield Terrace and The Elms
The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 24th March 2025 and shall remain in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the phased gas mains works will commence on the 24th March 2025 until 30th June 2025 24hrs
