What is happening?

PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (ROYAL NAVY AVENUE/NORTH DOWN GARDENS) DRIVING ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:

1. To prohibit the driving of vehicles:

- Royal Navy Avenue - between Henderson Place and Wolseley Road

- North Down Gardens - between number 4 and Royal Navy Avenue

The prohibition of driving will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 24th March 2025 and shall remain in force for a maximum of 18 months

It is anticipated that the phased gas mains works will commence on the 24th March 2025 until 2nd May 2025 24hrs
