What is happening?

(Church Lane, Little Totham)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Little Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 45m south west of its junction with Wash Lane for a distance of approximately 60m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd April 2025 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PLT2489503623032024 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Church Lane, School Road, The Street, Plains Road, Chapel Road, Colchester Road, Maldon Road, Broad Street Green Road, Scraley Road, Chigborough Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th March 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Grange Road, Wickham Bishops)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Grange Road, Wickham Bishops in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 445m east of its junction with Wickham Hall Lane for a distance of approximately 60m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1st April 2025 for 3 days or where stated on a valid permit (EC30090136875 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead line diversion works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Wickham Hall Lane, Station Road, Church Road, Blacksmiths Lane, The Street and vice versa (with access only into School Road, Grange Road).
The Order will come into effect on 13th March 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Elysian Gardens, Tollesbury)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Elysian Gardens, Tollesbury in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 110m south west of its junction with West Street for a distance of approximately 30m in a south westerly then south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th March 2025 for 3 days or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2370956 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while trial hole works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Elysian Gardens, High Street, Church Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 27th February 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hackmans Lane, Purleigh in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Flambirds Lane for a distance of approximately 470m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th March 2025 for 3 days or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2352134 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage and ironworks works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Hackmans Lane, Stow Road, Latchingdon Road, Fambridge Road, Barons Lane, Chelmsford Road, Burnham Road, Marlpits Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 27th February 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Orchard Road, Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Orchard Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 110m north west of its junction with Granger Avenue for a distance of approximately 70m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th March 2025 for 3 days or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2377956 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Orchard Road, St Peters Avenue, Granger Avenue and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 27th February 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tolleshunt D'arcy Road, Tolleshunt Major in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Mill Lane to its junction with Beckingham Street a distance of approximately 170m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st March 2025 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2363457 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching and signage replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Tolleshunt D'arcy Road, Witham Road, The Street, School Road, Beckingham Street and vice versa.
