What is happening?
GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 501451 WOODSTOCK LANE (AVENING PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 501451 Woodstock Lane Road from its junction with High Street to outside of the property known as “No. 2” for a distance of approximately 36 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for water pipe repair works.
The road is expected to be closed from 10th March 2025 until 12th March 2025 only or until the works are complete.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 3/272 STAR FARM TO A433 TETBURY ROAD AVENING (TETBURY UPTON PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 3/272 Star Farm to A433 Tetbury Road from its junction with Tetbury Road extending northwards for a distance of approximately 344 metres.
The reason for the said closure is to deep drainage replacement works.
The road is expected to be closed between 08:30hrs and 15:30hrs on 13th March 2025 only or until the said works have been completed.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND RESTRICTION OF A417 LONDON ROAD (FAIRFORD TOWN) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close, or restrict the speed limit, on the road as detailed in the Schedule below.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 408097 TOOMES GREEN TO BREWERS COTTAGE DAGLINGWORTH (DUNTISBOURNE ABBOTS PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 408097 Toomes Green to Brewers Cottage, Daglingworth Road, from its junction with Crabtree Lane to its junction with Jackdaw Farm to Church Farm Road for a distance of approximately 636 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for works on behalf of National Grid.
The road is expected to be closed between 09:00hrs and 15:00hrs on 24th March 2025 only or until the works have been completed.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C149 CHELWORTH LANES (CHELWORTH PARISH) COTSWOLD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C149 Chelworth Lanes Road from outside of its junction with Ampney Lane to outside of the property known as “Setts Cottage” for a distance of approximately 81 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for a new water connection.
The road is expected to be closed from 25th March 2025 until 28th March 2025 only or until the said works have been completed.
