NOTICE OF VARIATION OF ON-STREET PARKING CHARGES Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 46A
THE KENT COUNTY COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS IN THE DISTRICT OF SEVENOAKS) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING & UNLOADING AND ON-STREET PARKING PLACES)(CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2013, as amended VARIATION No 1, 2025

Notice is given that KENT COUNTY COUNCIL acting as the Local Traffic Authority and in exercise of its powers under Sections 1(1), 2 (1) to (3) 3 (2), 4 (1) and (2), 32 (1), 35 (1), 36, 45, 46, 47, 49, 53 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’), and all other enabling powers, after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby make variations to the scales of charges with schedule 55 of the above named Order, as amended, for pay-and-display and cashless/pay-byphone parking at certain on-street parking places throughout the Sevenoaks District: and for resident and non-resident parking permits, and resident visitor vouchers for on-street permit parking zones throughout the Sevenoaks District.

NOTICE OF VARIATION OF OFF-STREET PARKING CHARGES
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 35C Sevenoaks District Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2010, as amended Variation No 1, 2025

Notice is given that Sevenoaks District Council make variations to scales of charges for parking at certain off-street parking places throughout the District of Sevenoaks, described in the Schedule to the above named Order, as amended. This Notice is issued pursuant to Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of Part V of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, and with the consent given by Kent County Council in accordance with Section 39(3) of the Act.

The Notices of Variation comes into effect on 1 April 2025
