THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (WEST YELLAND, YELLAND) ORDER 2025
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 10/3/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 18/3/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected: WEST YELLAND, YELLAND.
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - West Yelland, Anstey Way, Road From West View To Old Quarry, Road Past Mount Pleasant Estate, Barnstaple By Pass, Road From Barnstaple By Pass To Old Bideford Road, Road From Old Bideford Road To Bickington Road, Bickington Road, Road From Church Hill To Combrew Lane, Church Hill, Yelland Road, West Yelland, & Vice Versa.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: To Excavate & Install Approximately 10 Metres Of New Water Main Into The New Development Site. To Excavate & Undertake Under Pressure Connection To The Existing Water Network. To Excavate & Install New Meter Bypass Chambers.
