NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH STOPPING UP ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14
WEST LINDSEY DISTRICT COUNCIL
EXTINGUISHMENT OF PART WIDTH SUDBROOKE PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 160/1
PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT ORDER 2025
The above Order made on 27 January 2025 will extinguish a partial width of 1.8 metres of Public Footpath Number 160/1 in the parish of Sudbrooke commencing at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TF 504116 375834 (A), running in a generally southerly direction for approximately 3 metres to Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TF 504115 375829 (B). The total length of extinguished width of public footpath is approximately 3 metres as shown between points A-B on Order Drawing PA_SK011_A_GA_REVISION A.
A copy of the Order and the Order drawing have been placed and may be seen during office hours at Main Reception, West Lindsey District Council, Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, DN21 2NA. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to George Backovic, Development Management Team Leader, West Lindsey District Council, Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough, DN21 2NA or e-mail george.backovic@west-lindsey. gov.uk to be received no later than 4 April 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn West Lindsey District Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
