The County of Cornwall (Liskey Hill, St Georges Hill, Tywarnhayle Square, Beach Road, Boscawen Road, St Pirans Road, Ponsmere Road, Perranporth) (Traffic Restriction) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Perranporth.
This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th March 2025 to 28th March 2025.
The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 0900 and 1700, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Liskey Hill between the junctions of St Georges Hill and Wheal Leisure, St Georges Hill between the junctions of Liskey Hill and Boscawen Road, Tywarnhayle Square for its entire length, Beach Road between property number 13 and the junction of St Pirans Road, Boscawen Road between the junctions of Liskey Hill and St Pirans Road, St Pirans Road between the junctions of Boscawen Road and Station Road, Ponsmere Road between the property named Golden Sands and the junction of St Pirans Road, Perranporth.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Perranporth. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Liskey Hill between the junctions of St Georges Hill and Wheal Leisure, St Georges Hill between the junctions of Liskey Hill and Boscawen Road, Tywarnhayle Square for its entire length, Beach Road between property number 13 and the junction of St Pirans Road, Boscawen Road between the junctions of Liskey Hill and St Pirans Road, St Pirans Road between the junctions of Boscawen Road and Station Road, Ponsmere Road between the property named Golden Sands and the junction of St Pirans Road, Perranporth.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing parking bays order, The County of Cornwall (West Central Cornwall) (On-Street Parking Places and Restrictions on Waiting) (Consolidation) Order 2024 Boscawen Road between grid references SW75644 54082 and SW75663 54142 and St Pirans Road between SW75701 54200 and SW75751 54230, SW75775 54244 and SW75793 54256 and SW75846 54273 and SW75888 54290.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Mullion.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd March 2025 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0600 and 1600, weekends included.
Roads affected - Nansmellyon Road, Mullion between the junction of Trenance Lane and grid reference SW67289 18400 and Ghost Hill, Predannack, Mullion between the junction of Nansmellyon Road and grid reference SW67300 18399.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Pool.
This prohibition is necessary for gas works and it is expected that the closure will be from 31st March 2025 to 4th April 2025.
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Station Road, Pool between property number 31 and the junction of Carn Brea Avenue.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 3rd March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Falmouth.
This prohibition is necessary for tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th March 2025 to 28th March 2025.
Road subject to prohibition - Trelawney Road, Falmouth for its entire length. Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 3rd March 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned length of road in Falmouth.
