GREEN LANE, EASTHORPE

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF ALL THROUGH TRAFFIC

ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 05/04/2025 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Daniel Charles Construction Ltd to undertake housing development & associated highway works. There is no alternative diversion route available for this closure however the developer has had to create a Temporary Haul Road to bypass the closure safely. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network.

It is expected that the Order will come into force on 06/04/2025 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Network Rail to undertake railway level crossing inspections. There is no alternative diversion route available for this footpath closure. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Leicestershire County Council intends not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1984. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 05/04/2025 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 4 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Network Rail to undertake rail inspections & maintenance works. The proposed diversion route will be via: Main Rd Wyfordby; from Main St to Saxby Rd B676, Saxby Rd, Freeby B676; Stapleford Rd, Wyfordby Ln, Stapleford & vice versa. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network.

It is expected that the Order will come into force on 03/04/2025 and have a maximum duration of 6 months. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 6 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Lagan Homes Ltd & their contractors to undertake housing development works. The proposed diversion route will be at the sides of the field. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network.

The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Network Rail to undertake level crossing track testing, maintenance & various highway maintenance works. It is expected that the Order will come into force on 02/04/2025 and have a maximum duration of 1 month. The works will be completed within the period of the Order. The works will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 5 days. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water to undertake service apparatus maintenance work. The proposed diversion route will be via: Wood Hill, Main Rd, Station Rd, Old Dalby; Dalby Rd, Melton Rd A606, Nether Broughton; Six Hills Ln B676 Ab Kettleby; Lawn Ln, Old Dalby & vice versa. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Severn Trent Water to carry out a new service connection installation. The Order will come into force on 11/03/2025 and have a maximum duration of 12 months. The restriction will be completed within the period of the Order. The restriction will commence when the appropriate signs are erected and may last for up to 12 months. The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Melton Borough Council to implement a safe pedestrianised area. During the closures, alternative routes available to all traffic can be viewed at https://one.network.
