Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 5th February 2025 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Orders would be: To make the following changes to the locations listed below:

| Birkbeck Road N17: | 1. To install Double Yellow Kerb Blips on both sides of the existing Double Yellow Lines at the junction with Lordship Lane. 2. To convert the existing Permit Holders Only bay on the east side adjacent to the flank wall of No.24 Lordship Lane to a Loading Only bay operating Monday-Sunday 8am-8:30pm with a maximum stay period of 1 hour and no return within 2 hours. |
| Bruce Castle Road N17: | 3. To install Double Yellow Kerb Blips on both sides of the existing Double Yellow Lines at the junction with Lordship Lane. 4. To convert the existing Permit Holders Only bay on the west side adjacent to the flank wall of No.38 Lordship Lane to a Loading Only bay operating Monday-Sunday 8am-8:30pm with a maximum stay period of 1 hour and no return within 2 hours. |
| Elsden Road N17: | 5. To install Double Yellow Kerb Blips on both sides of the existing Double Yellow Lines at the junction with Lordship Lane. 6. To convert the existing Pay by Phone bay on the east side adjacent to the flank wall of No.53 Lordship Lane to a Loading Only bay operating Monday-Sunday 8am-8:30pm with a maximum stay period of 1 hour and no return within 2 hours. |
| Lordship Lane N17: | 7. To install Double Yellow Kerb Blips and Double Yellow Lines (no loading/waiting at any time restrictions). 8. On both sides: Between the junctions with High Road and Birkbeck Road (excluding bus stop). 9. North side: From end of the zebra crossing outside No.44 to outside No.38. a. South side: Outside no.35. b. South side: From the western end of the zebra crossing (west of No.63) westwards to the red route loading bay outside Bruce Castle Court (excludes lay-by parking area outside No.71). |
| Newlyn Road N17: | 10. To install Double Yellow Kerb Blips on both sides of the existing Double Yellow Lines at the junction with Lordship Lane. |
| Pembury Road N17: | 11. To install Double Yellow Kerb Blips on the existing Double Yellow Lines. a. West side: Outside No.73. b. On both sides: From its northern junction with Lordship Lane, north to the parking bay adjacent to No.8 Lordship Lane. |
| Elmfield Avenue N8 | To convert approximately 3.2 metres of the existing Single Yellow Line outside the common boundary of No.44/46 to Double Yellow Lines. |
| Langham Place N15/Wat Way N17 | To install a Prohibition of Motorised Vehicles restriction at: 1. Each end of the northern section of footway linking Langham Place and Watt Way. 2. Each end of the southern section of footway linking Langham Place and Watt Way. |
| Milton Park N6 | To replace the existing Single Yellow Line outside No.90/88 with a Double Yellow Line. The eastern end will be extended south by approximately 4 metres, replacing one Resident Permit Holders Only bay outside No.88. |
| Uplands Road N8 | To extend the existing Double Yellow Lines on both sides to a length of approximately 10 metres from the junction with Ridge Road by shortening the adjacent Resident Permit Holders Only bays. |
Further details: an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Orders during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, or can be viewed online at https://streets.appyway.com/haringey once operational.
Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant enactment made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
