Gwarediad arfaethedig o ran parc pafin a llinellau melyn dwbl a gosod cilfach barcio i’r anabl yn eu lle, Y Stryd Fawr, Coed Duon

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ar ôl ymgynghori â Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, wedi gwneud gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith ganlyn:-

Bydd y gorchymyn yn cael gwared â’r llinellau melyn dwbl a’r parc pafin presennol a gosod cilfach barcio i’r anabl yn eu lle fydd yn caniatáu mwy o le parcio i ddeiliaid bathodynnau anabl yn Y Stryd Fawr, Coed Duon.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 5 Mawrth 2025.

Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn fel y’i gwnaed, cynlluniau sy’n dangos y rhannau o’r briffordd dan sylw a datganiad o resymau’r awdurdod traffig dros wneud y Gorchymyn yn www.caerffili.gov.uk/TrafficRegulationOrders a gellir hefyd ei harchwilio yn ôl apwyntiad yn: Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, Ty Penallta, Parc Tredomen, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed CF82 7PG rhwng 09:00 a 17:00 ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (ac eithrio gwyliau banc a gwyliau cyhoeddus), o 05/03/2025 i 17/04/2025, gan ddyfynnu’r cyfeirnod SCF.5012098.

Os ydych yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn, neu unrhyw un neu ragor o ddarpariaethau a gynhwysir ynddo, ar sail nad yw fe mewn pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, ar sail na chydymffurfiwyd â’r gofynion statudol perthnasol yn ei gylch, gallwch wneud hynny yn y Llys yn ystod chwe wythnos o’r dyddiad isod.

(Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment Order No 36) 2025

Proposed removal of Parklet and Double Yellow Lines, and replace with Disabled Bay, High Street Blackwood

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police have made an order the effect of which is:-

The order will remove the existing double yellow lines and Parklet and replace with a disabled bay which will allow more parking for members of the public with a disabled badge in High Street, Blackwood.

The Order shall come into operation on 5 March 2025.

A copy of the Order as made, plans showing the parts of the highway affected and a statement of the traffic authority’s reasons for making the Order can be viewed at www.caerphilly.gov.uk/TrafficRegulationOrders and may also be inspected free of charge by appointment at: Caerphilly County Borough Council Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 05/03/2025 to 17/04/2025, quoting reference SCF.5012098.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the grounds that any requirement of that Act made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the Court for this purpose.
