What is happening?

FOOTPATH CLOSURE EXTENSION
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.27 (WHOLE) AND NO.36 (PART) CLAY CROSS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 15 September 2022 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which was to close Public Footpath No.27 for its whole length and close Public Footpath No.36 for 350m south of Brassington Lane, has been further continued.
No alternative route is recommended.
The Public Footpath will be closed until 05 March 2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner, to allow for construction works. Any member of the public requiring further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
