Notice of Variation of Charges at Off-Street Parking Places (Section 35C Charges Notice) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 35C.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Derbyshire Dales District Council, in exercise of its powers under sections 35(1), 35(3) 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities’ Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996, is to vary the current charges for off-street parking at the Car Parks described in the Schedule below. The new charges will come into force on 1st April 2025.
