Order made: To close that part of C2041 Lea Green Lane from its junction with U23486 Selsdon Close to its junction with U23421 Three Oaks Road.

Reason: Renew manhole cover by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: C2041 Lea Green Lane (part), C2041 Station Road, C2180 Alcester Road, U23458 Shawhurst Lane, C2041 Hollywood Lane, C2041 Lea Green Lane (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 6 March 2025.

(U30022 Foregate Street, Astwood Bank) (Temporary Closure) and The Redditch Urban District Council (Foregate Street) (One-Way) Traffic Order 1966 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U30022 Foregate Street from its junction with Dewsbury Close (NSG Ref 31101396) to its junction with U30023 Buttler Street and to temporarily suspend The Redditch Urban District Council (Foregate Street) (One-Way) Traffic Order 1966 to allow two-way traffic to be able to access residents and businesses for the duration of the Order.

Reason: Renew manhole cover by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: U30022 Retreat Street, A441 Evesham Road, C2038 Feckenham Road.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 10 March 2025.

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1: U23424 Truemans Heath Lane - from its junction with U23433 Peterbrook Road for a distance of 50 metres in a westerly direction. Closure 2: U23433 Peterbrook Road - from its junction with U23424 Truemans Heath Lane for a distance of 30 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Replacement gas main by Cadent Gas.

Alternative route: Diversion Southbound: U23424 Tilehouse Lane into Solihull Borough, C2041 North Lane, C2041 Lea Green Lane, C2041 Hollywood Lane, U23424 Truemans Heath Lane (part) and vice versa. Diversion Northbound: U23426 Haslucks Green Road into Solihull Borough, U23433 Peterbrook Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 days (24hrs) Commencing: 10 March 2025.

(U23433 Peterbrook Road, Majors Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of Phase 1 - U23433 Peterbrook Road from its junction with U23424 Truemans Heath Lane to its junction with U23434 Rowbrook Close.

Phase 2 - U23433 Peterbrook Road from its junction with Link Footpath F20522 Fords Road (Outside No. 62) to its junction with U23434 Rowbrook Close.

Phase 3 - U23433 Peterbrook Road from its junction with Nursery Gardens (NSG Ref: 0470 2624) (private road) to its junction with U23434 Rowbrook Close.

Phase 4 - U23433 Peterbrook Road from its junction with U23435 Rolan Drive to its junction with U23434 Rowbrook Drive.

Reason: New gas main replacement by Cadent gas.

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1: Link Footpath F30057 Upperfield Close (side no. 135) from its junction with Link Footpath F30057 Upperfield Cl (between no. 129 & 124) to its junction with Link Footpath F30061 Upperfield Cl (rear no. 152). Closure 2 - Link Footpath F30061 Upperfield Close (rear no. 152) from its junction with Link Footpath F30057 Upperfield Cl (side no. 135) to its junction with U32109 Upperfield Cl.

Proposed Order: To close that part of Link Footpath F30319 Footpath Junction/Belbroughton Close (side 50 Belbroughton Close) from its junction with Link Footpath F30312 Southcrest Road (rear 55 Red Hill) to its junction with Link Footpath F30318 Flyford Close (side 57).

Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 28 March 2025.

(U23445 Corbett Road, Hollywood) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U23445 Corbett Road from its junction with C2041 Hollywood Lane to its junction with U23451 Dyas Road.

Reason: Burst water main repair by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: U23445 Corbett Road (part), C2041 Hollywood Lane, U23445 Douglas Road, U23445 Corbett Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 31 March 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
