Order made: To close that part of C2084 Swan Lane from its junction with C2083 Crutch Lane for a distance of 1685 metres until the M5 Bridge.
Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing over multiple phases by WCC.
Alternative route: C2083 Crutch Lane, C2085 Crown Lane, A38 Worcester Road, C2084 Swan Lane (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days between 12 March 2025 and 25 March 2025.
(C2045 Holyoakes Lane, Bentley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2045 Holyoakes Lane from its junction with C2060 Curr Lane to its junction with U22208 Gypsy Lane.
Reason: Utility work by Severn Trent Water.

Order made: To close that part of C2143 New Road from its junction with C2074 Doverdale for a distance of 630 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: Overhead cabling works by Openreach.
Alternative route: C2074 Doverdale Lane, A442 Kidderminster Road, C2143 New Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 11 March 2025.
(C2247 Alcester Road, Finstall) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2247 Alcester Road from its junction with U22017 Pikes Pool Lane to its junction with B4184 Finstall Road.

Closure 2 - C2145 Mount Pleasant to Doverdale from its junction with C2074 Doverdale Lane for a distance of 860 metres in a northerly direction.
Reason: Overhead cabling works by BT.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U23220 Hewell Ln from its junction with C2151 Fiery Hill Rd to its junction with C2174 Blackwell Rd.
Reason: Dropped kerb and tactiles installation by WCC.
Alternative route: C2174 Blackwell Rd, C2157 Linthurst Newtown, U21405 St Catherine's Rd, U21401 Linthurst Rd, C2151 Fiery Hill Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs) Commencing: 31 March 2025.
(C2174 Blackwell Road, Barnt Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2174 Blackwell Road from its junction with U23220 Hewell Lane to its junction with C2157 Linthurst Newtown.
Reason: Utility work by Severn Trent Water.
No access for emergency services. Diversion route must be followed.
Alternative route: C2174 Blackwell Road (part), C2157 Linthurst Newtown, U21405 St. Catherines Road, U21401 Linthurst Road, C2151 Fiery Hill Road, B4120 Bittell Road, C2174 Hewell Road, C2174 Blackwell Road (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 27 March 2025.
EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Bridleways HL-537, HL-538, HL-539 and HL-540 Hampton Lovett) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 26 September 2024 the effect of which is to close that part of Bridleways HL-537, HL-538, HL-539 and HL-540 Hampton Lovett for their entire length which was due to expire on 12 March 2025 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 12 September 2026 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State. The Order has been made due to an unsafe bridge. Alternative route: There is no suitable alternative route.
(Footpath EL-517, Elmley Lovett) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close EL-517, Elmley Lovett for its entire length. The Order has been made due to a dangerous bridge.
Alternative route: Clockwise: footpaths EL-513, EL-514, Elmley Lane C2030, footpaths EL-526, EL-527, EL-521 and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing on from 17 February 2025.
