Devon - Multiple Temporary Road Closures due to Resurfacing and Drainage Works

THE COUNTY OF DEVON
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)
(EXMOUTH ROAD TOWARDS CLYST ST GEORGE, CLYST ST GEORGE) ORDER 2025
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 10/3/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 22/3/25. Between the hours of 19:00 & 07:00. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: Exmouth Road towards Clyst St George, Clyst St George, Exmouth Road - Winslade Park to Clyst St George Roundabout. Inbound only.
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via: A3052 Sidmouth Road - Half Way Inn - B3180 Exmouth Road - Road past Canterbury Green Cottage - road past Woodbury Castle to Sanctuary Lane - road from Four Firs to Woodbury Castle - B3179 road from The Grange to Four Firs - Broadway - Globe Hill - road past Gibbs Hill - Woodbury Road
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Carriageway Resurfacing & Drainage Upgrades & New Road Markings.

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 10/3/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 21/3/25. Between the hours of 19:00 & 07:00.
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: Exmouth Road - Clyst St George Roundabout, Clyst St George, Night Works (7pm To 7am) Excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays.
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via: - A376 Exmouth Road > Hulham Road > B3180 road past Blackhill > B3179 road from The Grange to Four Firs, Broadway, Globe Hill, road past Gibbs Hill, Woodbury Road & Vice Versa.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Resurfacing Works, Drainage Upgrades, Signs & Road Markings Installation.
