What is happening?

The Ealing (Prescribed Routes) (Pedestrian & Cycle Zone) (Clifton School) (No. 1) Order 2025
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, on 3 March 2025 made the above-titled Order, under sections 6 of and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the made school street Order will be to provide a pedestrian and cycle zone, where motor vehicles are prohibited from entering onto Clifton Road, Endsleigh Road (Clifton Rd to Salisbury Rd), Salisbury Road, Talbot Road, on Mondays to Fridays 8.20-9.15am and 2.45-3.45pm. Access permit address eligibility for each school area would be as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.
3. The made Order, which will come into operation on 10 March 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order was made.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
