Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – (As Amended) Public Footpath No. 37 (Part) Milwich Parish Temporary Closure
Notice is hereby given that the Staffordshire County Council, on the 4/3/25 made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along Public Footpath No. 37 Milwich Parish from its junction with Public Footpath No. 13 Milwich Parish for approximately 390 metres in a north easterly direction to its junction with Public Footpath No. 36 Milwich.
The closure is required under the provision of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 Section 14 (1) (b) due to a bridge that has been washed away over Wall Brook.
No alternative route is available.
A plan will be displayed on site to show the length of path to be closed and the unaffected rights of way in the area.
This Order will come into operation on 7/3/25 and will remain in force for a period of six months or until the risk of danger to the public is over, whichever is the earlier. If necessary, after six months, the Order may be extended for a further period with the approval of the Secretary of State.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along:

The Order will come into operation on 25/3/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date.
It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day.
The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the tree cutting works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the defective manhole frame and cover replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
