Vyne Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Desilting Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - VYNE ROAD, SHERBORNE ST JOHN, BASINGSTOKE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Vyne Road between its junction with Kestrel Court and a point approximately 110 Metres South-West of said junction.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Cranes Road, A340, Bramley Road, Bramley Corner, Silchester Road DURATION OF ORDER: from 4th March 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day, working between the hours 09:30 - 15:30).
The road closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Sunbelt Rentals to carry out desilting works. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact: surveys@sunbeltrentals.co.uk
Sunbelt Rentals will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
