Gorchymyn Cefnffordd Yr A40 (Cylchfan Rhaglan I Gylchfan Hardwick, Y Fenni, Sir Fynwy)
(Terfyn Cyflymder 50 Mya Dros Dro) 2025
MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn oherwydd y tebygolrwydd o berygl i’r cyhoedd yn sgil rhwystr diogelwch diffygiol ar gefnffordd yr A40 rhwng Rhaglan a’r Fenni, Sir Fynwy.
Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gosod terfyn cyflymder 50 mya dros dro ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A40 sy’n ymestyn o’i chyffordd ag ochr orllewinol Cylchfan Rhaglan hyd at ei chyffordd ag ochr ddeheuol Cylchfan Hardwick, y Fenni.
Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 12 Mawrth 2025. Disgwylir i’r cyfyngiad dros dro fod yn weithredol o 00:01 o’r gloch ar y dyddiad hwnnw a pharhau mewn grym am
18 mis ar y mwyaf.
