(Road From Nomansland Farm To Westwood Farm - A3072 Little Gutton Bends, Shobrooke) Order 2025 Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 13/3/25 for a maximum of 18 months.
Anticipated Finish 29/3/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected: Road From Nomansland Farm To Westwood Farm - A3072 Little Gutton Bends, Shobrooke.
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Road Closure A3072 Little Gutton Bends. Diversion: A3072 - A396 - A377 - A3072 Both Ways.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Resurfacing Of A3072 Between Park Hill Garage & Approx 100m Past Chilton Lane Before The Shobrooke Lake.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Road From Forges Cross To Cullompton, Road From Waymill Cross To Forges Cross, Road From White Down Cross To Waymill Cross, Road From Limetree Cross To White Down Cross, Canal Hill, Old Road, Great Western Way, Blundells Road, Post Hill, Road Heading East From Hartnoll Cross, Road From Halberton To Crown Hill, High Street, Road From The Barge To Watton Farm, Road From Watton Farm To Spratford Bridge, Station Road, South View Road, Silver Street, Road From Silver Street To Dean Hill Road, Road From Millennium Way To Dean Hill Road, Willand Road, Higher Street, High Street, Tiverton Road, Road From Forges Cross To Cullompton & Vice Versa.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Devon Highways - Drainage Works.
