ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM
(PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2025

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham have made the abovementioned Orders under the powers granted by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order will come into force on 08th March 2025.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to continue indefinitely the provisions of The Hammersmith and Fulham (Prescribed Routes) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Experimental Order 2023.

3. The order will continue the one way traffic flow restriction in:

a. Walham Grove, north-eastbound, between No. 1 Walham Grove and its junction with Farm Lane; and

b. Micklethwaite Road, south-east and southwestbound, between its junction with Halford Road and its junction with Farm Lane.

4. For a period of 6 weeks from the day on which the Order is made, a copy of all Order and a copy of the Councils statement of reasons for making the Order and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order can be inspected during normal office hours by contacting the Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU.

5. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
