MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar gefnffordd yr A470, neu gerllaw iddi, yn Llys-wen, ym Mhowys.

Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gwahardd dros dro bob cerbyd rhag mynd ar y darn o’r gefnffordd sy’n ymestyn o’i chyffordd â’r ffordd fynediad i Fferm Bryndu hyd at ganolbwynt ei chyffordd â’r A479 yn Llys-wen.

Y llwybr arall i yrwyr sy’n dymuno teithio tua’r gogledd o ben deheuol y darn o’r ffordd sydd ar gau fydd mynd tua’r de-orllewin ar yr A470 hyd at ei chyffordd â’r A438, tua’r dwyrain ar yr A438 hyd at ei chyffordd â’r A479 ym Mronllys, yna tua’r gogledd ar yr A479 hyd at ben gogleddol y darn o’r ffordd sydd ar gau yn Llys-wen. I’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r de.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 6 Mawrth 2025. Disgwylir i’r gwaharddiad dros dro fod yn weithredol o 07:00 o’r gloch hyd 19:00 o’r gloch bob dydd rhwng 6 Mawrth 2025 a 14 Mawrth 2025 neu hyd nes y caiff yr arwyddion traffig dros dro eu symud ymaith yn barhaol.

Dim ond yn ystod y cyfnod a bennir uchod y disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn fod yn weithredol. Er hynny, bydd yn parhau’n ddilys am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf rhag ofn y bydd angen ailamserlennu’r gwaith neu wneud gwaith canlyniadol neu waith arall. Bydd hysbysiad am unrhyw newidiadau i’r amseroedd a’r dyddiadau yn cael ei arddangos cyn gwneud unrhyw waith a ailamserlennir.

The A470 Trunk Road (Llyswen, Powys)

THE WELSH MINISTERS have made an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary to undertake works on or near the A470 trunk road at Llyswen, in Powys.

The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from proceeding on the length of the trunk road that extends from its junction with the access road to Bryndu Farm to the centrepoint of its junction with the A479 in Llyswen.

The route is reversed for southbound traffic.

The Order comes into force on 6 March 2025. The temporary prohibition is expected to operate from 07:00 hours until 19:00 hours each day from 6 March 2025 to 14 March 2025 or until the temporary traffic signs are permanently removed.
