PROPOSED CLOSURE TO MOTOR VEHICLES AND CYCLES MODDER PLACE AND QUILL LANE, SW15
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004:-
- The Wandsworth (Prescribed Routes) (No. *) Traffic Order 20**
2. The general effect of the Order will be to ban motor vehicles and cycles from entering and proceeding in Modder Place and Quill Lane.
3. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Order are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order.
4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds on which it is made to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference W/ECS/TMO/2072) within 21 days of the date of this Notice.

MINOR PARKING AMENDMENTS GARRAT LANE, SW18
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth on 26 February 2025 made the following Order under section 6 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.
- The Wandsworth (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Areas) (Amendment No.66.) Order 2025.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to make certain changes to parking arrangements, as detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.
3. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 3 March 2025, and of documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements of that Act or of any relevant regulations made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE
Garratt Proposal to introduce double yellow lines Lane ("no waiting at any time") on the northwest side of Garratt Lane, between the junction with St. John's Drive and a point opposite the junction of Vanderbilt Road.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 TEMPORARY CLOSURE - ALLFARTHING LANE SW18
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Allfarthing Lane to facilitate Southern Gas Networks utility works
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Allfarthing Lane at the junctions with Vermont Road and Crealock Street. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 10 March 2025 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 19 March 2025.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 TEMPORARY CLOSURE - HOWIE STREET & ELCHO STREET SW11
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Battersea Bridge Road to facilitate Resurfacing works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Howie Street
& Elcho Street. There will also be a southbound closure from the junction with Battersea Bridge Road to the junction with Parkgate Road. There will be no waiting at any time.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 12 March 2025 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 27 May 2025.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 TEMPORARY CLOSURE - VARDENS ROAD SW11
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Vardens Road to facilitate Sewer Cleaning works.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Vardens Road from outside number 30 to the rear of 53b. There will be no waiting 09:30 to 15:30.
3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
4. Further information may be obtained from the Council's Network Management section -telephone number (020) 8871 6904.
5. The order will come into operation on 3 March 2025 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 3 March 2025.

BURNTWOOD LANE, SW17 Proposed Zebra Crossings and Toucan Crossing
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in pursuance of Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to establish a number of zebra crossings and a toucan crossing in Burntwood Lane, SW17:-
(a) Burntwood Lane, where the crossing will be situated approximately 72 metres north-east of the junction of Bridgeford Street. The control area will be from a point outside No. 91 northeastwards for a distance of approximately 22 metres;
(b) Burntwood Lane, where the crossing will be situated at the eastern kerb-line of Tranmere Road. The control area will be from eastern kerb-line of Tranmere Road north-eastwards for a distance of approximately 31 metres ;
(c) Burntwood Lane, where the crossing will be situated approximately 74 metres north-east of the junction of Swaby Road. The control area will be from a point outside No 189 northeastwards for a distance of approximately 41 metres;
(d) Burntwood Lane, where the crossing will be situated approximately 13 metres north-east of the junction of Openview. The control area will be from a point near No. 225 north-eastwards for a distance of approximately 31 metres
(e) Burntwood Lane, where the crossing will be situated approximately 69.5 metres north-east of the junction of Tilehurst Road. The control area will be from a point opposite the northeastern kerb-line of Ellerton Road, south-westwards for a distance of approximately 22 metres
(f) Introduce a toucan crossing approximately 21 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerb-line of Sandgate Lane.
2. Copies of documents giving more detailed particulars of the proposals are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU.
3. Any person wishing to make a comment about the proposals should send a statement in writing to the Director of Environment and Community Services at the address below (quoting the reference W/ECS/TMO/2076) no later than 9 January 2025.
