(Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places)

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.14) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

Effect of The Order:

1. IMPLEMENT: ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ Restrictions on the following length of road:

Sanderling Gardens, NORTH SIDE

i. From its junction with Ashingdon Road, east for approximately 104 metres.

ii. From the western kerb line of Dunlin Mews, west for approximately 12 metres.

iii. From the eastern kerb line of Dunlin Mews, east for approximately 17 metres.

iv. From a point approximately 40 metres east of the eastern kerb line of Dunlin Mews, east for approximately 28 metres.

v. From a point approximately 103 metres east of the eastern kerb line of Dunlin Mews, east for approximately 11 metres.

Sanderling Gardens, SOUTH SIDE

i. From its junction with Ashingdon Road, east for approximately 84 metres.

ii. From a point approximately 89 metres east of its junction with Ashingdon Road east for approximately 12 metres.

iii. From a point approximately 127 metres east of its junction with Ashingdon Road east for approximately 35 metres.

iv. From the western kerb line of Pintail Drive, west for approximately 12 metres.

v. From the eastern kerb line of Pintail Drive, west for approximately 12 metres.

vi. From a point approximately 45.5 metres east of the eastern kerb line of Pintail Drive east for approximately 12 metres.

Grebe Drive, (Eastern Junction)

EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 51 metres south of the southern kerb line of Plover Court, south for approximately 18.5 metres.

Grebe Drive, (Eastern Junction) WEST SIDE

i. From a point approximately 51 metres south of the southern kerb line of Plover Court, south for approximately 6 metres.

ii. From a point approximately 63.5 metres south of the southern kerb line of Plover Court, south for approximately 6 metres.

Dunlin Mews, BOTH SIDES

From its junction with Sanderling Gardens, north for approximately 6 metres.

Pintail Drive, BOTH SIDES

From its junction with Sanderling Gardens, South for approximately 8 metres.

Grebe Drive, (Western Junction) BOTH SIDES

From its junction with Sanderling Gardens, south for approximately 10 metres.

2. IMPLEMENT: ‘No waiting between 8:30-9:30am and 2:30-4:30pm’ restrictions

Sanderling Gardens, NORTH SIDE

i. From a point approximately 104 metres east of its junction with Ashingdon Road, east for approximately 23 metres.

ii. From a point approximately 17 metres east of the eastern kerb line of Dunlin Mews east for approximately 23 metres.

iii. From a point approximately 68 metres east from the eastern kerb line of Dunlin Mews east for approximately 35 metres.

Sanderling Gardens, SOUTH SIDE

i. From a point approximately 101 metres east of its junction with Ashingdon Road, east for approximately 26 metres.

ii. From a point approximately 162 metres east of its junction with Ashingdon Road, east for approximately 23 metres.

iii. From a point approximately 12 metres from the eastern kerb line of Pintail Drive, east for approximately 33.5 metres.

Grebe Drive, (Eastern Junction)

WESTERN SIDE: From a point approximately 10 metres south of its junction with Sanderling Gardens, south for approximately 130 metres.

EASTERN SIDE: From a point approximately 28 metres south of its junction with Sanderling Gardens, south for approximately 135 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition Of Waiting, Loading And Stopping) And (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tiles T0870 915 Revision 2 - Revision 1 and T0870 912 Revision 4 - Revision 5

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 03 March 2025

Application to the High Court: Anyone who wants to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, has six weeks from the date of the Order to apply to the High Court. For this purpose.

(Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.15) Order 202

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the order below under S1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53, Part III and Part IV to Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

1. To Revoke: ‘No waiting at any time’ and ‘No Loading 8am-10am and 4pm-6pm’ Restrictions.

Road: A129 High Road, Rayleigh

Description: South-East Side: From a point approximately 79 metres East from its junction with Love Lane, East for approximately 4 metres.

2. To Revoke: ‘Goods Vehicles Loading Only’ Restrictions

Road: A129 High Road, Rayleigh

Description: South-East Side: From a point approximately 65 metres East of its junction with Love Lane, East for approximately 16 metres.

3. To Revoke: ‘Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 1hr no return within 2hrs’ Restrictions.

Road: A129 High Road, Rayleigh

Description: South-East Side: From a point approximately 55 metres East of its junction with Love Lane, East for approximately 11 metres.

4. To Implement: No stopping 7am-7pm except buses’ Restrictions.

Road: A129 High Road, Rayleigh

Description: South-East Side: From a point approximately 65 metres East of its junction with Love Lane, East for approximately 19 metres.

5. To Implement: ‘Goods vehicles loading only’ Restrictions.

(Canewdon View Road, Ashingdon)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order: To temporarily close that length of Canewdon View Road, Ashingdon in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Ashingdon Road for a distance of approximately 50m in each direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th March 2025 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC3002318335 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the Public and workforce while new supply works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route will be available via: Ashingdon Road, Brays Lane, Golden Cross Road and vice versa for traffic only wishing to access Canewdon View Road.

The Order will come into effect on 6th March 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is earlier.

(Pitsea Bypass, Pitsea)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order: To temporarily close that length of Pitsea Bypass, Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Broadway Link Roundabout for a distance of approximately 240m in a south easterly direction (only). The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th March 2025 for 8 nights (20:00-05:00) or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2396056 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Broadway Link Roundabout, Broadway Link, High Road Roundabout, High Road, London Road, Sadlers Farm Roundabout and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 6th March 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is earlier.

(Cattawade Link/Cattawade End, Fryerns)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Cattawade Link, Fryerns in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 55m north east of its junction with The Hatherley for a distance of approximately 65m in a north easterly direction.

2. To temporarily close that length of Cattawade End, Fryerns in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Cattawade Link for a distance of approximately 10m in a northerly direction.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th March 2025 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2374519 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway reconstruction works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Cattawade Link, The Frenmells, The Hatherley, Cattawade Link and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 6th March 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is earlier.

(Cedar Drive, Hullbridge)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order: To temporarily close that length of Cedar Drive, Hullbridge in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Beech Road to its junction with Mayfield Avenue, a distance of approximately 35m.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th March 2025 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2369033A – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replace and clean gully works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Cedar Drive, Keswick Avenue, Burnham Road, Beech Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 20th February 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is earlier.

(Dunton Road, Laindon)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order: To temporarily close that length of Dunton Road, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Rectory Road to its junction with The Chase, a distance of approximately 425m.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th March 2025 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WFSGLW1CTEHS8 – Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct installation works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via Dunton Road, Rectory Road, Laindon Common Road, Old Hill, Hall Road, Watch House Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 20th February 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is earlier.

(Runwell Road, Wickford)

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order: To temporarily close that length of Runwell Road, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon, from the junction with Runwell Road Roundabout for a distance of approximately 75m in a south westerly direction.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th March 2025 for 16 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231012406 – Falcon Tower Crane Services LTD). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while crane dismantling works are undertaken by Falcon Tower Crane Services LTD.

An alternative route is available via Runwell Road, The Broadway, High Street, London Road, London Road Roundabout, Golden Jubilee Way, Runwell Road Roundabout.

The Order came into effect on 20th February 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is earlier.

(Various Footpaths, Borough of Basildon)

(Temporary Prohibition of Use) (No.3) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order:

1. To temporarily close those lengths of footpaths in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this order.

The works being undertaken will take place within a 6-month period from 20th February 2025, exact dates will be specified on one.network. These works will be undertaken to facilitate each phase of works and then be re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the footpaths.

(Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) (No.4) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order:

1. A temporary ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping’ restriction will be introduced on both sides of the carriageway on that length of road as specified in the schedule. Signage will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and any amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 20th February 2025, exact dates will be specified on one.network. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway)

(No.4) Order 2025)

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the Order:

1. To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Castle Point and City of Southend as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary ‘No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping’ restriction will be introduced on both sides of the carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signage will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

"The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 20th February 2025, exact dates will be specified on one.network.
