Order made: To close that part of U51018 Reservoir Ln from its junction with B4550 Rainbow Hill to its junction with U51018 Wilson St.

Reason: Collapsed private wall.

Exemptions: There is no access for vehicles or pedestrians to any land or premises fronting the highway affected; Access cannot be maintained for all emergency services during the works, the alternative route must be maintained.

Alternative route: B4550 Rainbow Hill, U51018 Dutton St, U51018 Wilson St U51018 Reservoir Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months continuing from 9 December 2024. Anticipated duration: 194 days (24hrs).

Proposed Order: To close that part of U54000 Oldbury Road and footway from its junction with U54101 Howard Road for a distance of 300 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Replacement electricity cable by M & J Construction Ltd.

Alternative route: Diversion route for pedestrians: Bridleway BH-592 (PROW), C2066 Crown East, A44 Bromyard Road, U54100 Tudor Way, U54000 Oldbury Road (part) and vice versa. Access to Oldbury Farm: A44 Bromyard Road and C2066 Crown East Lane.

No access for emergency vehicles due to trench in carriageway, the diversion route must be maintained.

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 - C2243 Horne Lane from its junction with U64609 Prickley Green for a distance of 298 metres in an easterly direction. Closure 2 - C2243 Wichenford from its junction with U64609 Witton Hill for a distance of 543 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Drainage and flood alleviation works by WCC.

Reason: Installation of new toucan pedestrian crossing by WCC.

No access for emergency services. Must follow diversion route.

Alternative route: Diversion 1 - Local Traffic: U51600 Plantation Drive, A4440 Parsonage Way, B4639 Berkeley Way, U51800 Hastings Drive and vice versa. Worcestershire County Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 23 Establishment of A Toucan Crossing On Woodgreen Drive, Worcester

Notice is hereby given that Worcestershire County Council propose to establish a Toucan Crossing to serve pedestrians and cyclists in Worcester as follows:

Toucan Crossing to be located on Woodgreen Drive, Worcester between Woodgreen Drive/Plantation Drive roundabout and Woodgreen Drive/Hastings Drive roundabout. A plan showing these proposals may be inspected at Worcestershire County Council, Wildwood, Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR5 2QT during normal office hours or alternatively can be downloaded at Worcester City Public Notice page or copies supplied by emailing roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.uk until 19 March 2025.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2025 [Disabled Persons' Parking Spaces on Springfield Road, Worcester]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create 2 disabled persons' parking spaces on the following length and side of road in Worcester: Springfield Road (South side): from a point 60.5 metres from its junction with Woodbridge Close for a distance of 6.6 metres in a north easterly direction; the width of the two parking bays will cover the extent of the highway.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
