(Shoreham-By-Sea: The Drive and Buckingham Road) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily close roads in Shoreham-By-Sea as follows:
The Drive: from its junction with Upper Shoreham Road, northwards for 25M from 3 March 2025 to 17 April 2025 Buckingham Road: (Eastern Arm) From its junction with Upper Shoreham Road, southwards for 70M from 22 April 2025 to 23 April 2025, (Western Arm) from its junction with Upper Shoreham Road, southwards for 70m from 24 April 2025 to 25 April 2025.
These road closures are needed to allow highway improvement works to be carried out in safety.
The Order will come into effect on 3 March 2025 and remain in force on the dates given above. Once made, the Order may remain in force for up to 18 months, or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier.
During the operative periods of this Order alternative routes for vehicles will be indicated on site. Access to properties on the affected length of road will be maintained at all times.

(Worthing: Ham Road) (Roads Maintenance Programme)
(Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily close, temporarily prohibit waiting at any time and temporarily introduce a 20Mph speed limit on Ham Road in Worthing, from its junction with Lyndhurst Road to its junction with Dominion Way.
These restrictions are needed to allow road maintenance works to be carried out in safety. The works are expected to take up to three days and dates for works will be confirmed in advance locally nearer the time they are carried out. The Order will come into effect on 3 March 2025 and remain in force for up to 18 months, or until the proposed works are completed, whichever is earlier.
