NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of
Doncaster Road at Harlington in the City of Doncaster District
as described in the Schedule to this notice on the dates and
times referred to in the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to resurfacing are undertaken
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Doncaster Road, Church Lane,
Doncaster Road.

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to
make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle/pedestrian from proceeding in
that length of Belmont Avenue Back Road West at Balby in the
City of Doncaster District as described in the Schedule to this
notice on the dates and times referred to in the said Schedule
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public
and the workforce whilst works to repair a collapsed wall
are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles/
pedestrians affected by the Order is via Belmont Avenue Back
Road West, Belmont Avenue.

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the public footpath
and the effect will be to prohibit any pedestrian from
proceeding in that length of Public Footpath Fishlake Number
21 in the City of Doncaster District as described in the
Schedule to this notice from the 14th day of March 2025.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst embankment repair works are carried out.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for pedestrians
affected by the Order is along Fishlake Nab.

CREATION ORDER 2025
The above order, made on the 26th day of February 2025,
under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a
public footpath (1) from Barnburgh footpath no. 3 at grid
reference SE 4908 0356 proceeding generally east-northeasterly through the wood for some 109 metres to rejoin
Barnburgh footpath no. 3 at grid reference SE 4918 0359; (2)
from Barnburgh footpath no. 3 at grid reference SE 4921
0359 proceeding east-south-easterly then north-easterly
through the wood for some 60 metres, thence continuing
along the field boundary for some 36 metres before turning
east-south-easterly along the boundary of the next field for
some 6 metres to grid reference SE 4929 0362, thence
heading north-north-easterly for some 58 metres to rejoin
Barnburgh footpath no. 3 at grid reference SE 4932 0367; (3)
from Barnburgh footpath no. 3 at grid reference SE 4929
0362 proceeding east-south-easterly along the field boundary
for some 337 metres to Barnburgh bridleway no. 4 at grid
reference SE 4959 0347, as shown on the order map.

The above order, made on the 26th day of February 2025,
under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980, will extinguish
the public footpath (1) running from Barnburgh footpath no. 3
at grid reference SE 4908 0356 proceeding north-northwesterly along the field boundary for some 24 metres before
heading generally easterly through the wood for some 115
metres to Barnburgh footpath no. 3 at grid reference SE 4918
0359; (2) running from Barnburgh footpath no. 3 at grid
reference SE 4921 0359 proceeding generally north-easterly
along the watercourse for some 138 metres to Barnburgh
footpath no. 3 at grid reference SE 4932 0367; (3) running
from grid reference SE 4932 0360 proceeding east-southeasterly along the field boundary for some 308 metres to
Barnburgh bridleway no. 4 at grid reference SE 4959 0347, as
shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and

(AMENDMENT NO.) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
proposes to make an Order under the provisions of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce a No waiting at any
time restriction on the following lengths of road:-
Grantham Street, New Rossington
Both sides
(i) From its junction with the southern kerbline of West End
Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction
West End Lane, New Rossington
South side
(i) From a point 10 metres east of its junction with the eastern
kerbline of Grantham Street for a distance of 27 metres in a
generally westerly direction
Exceptions to the Order will permit waiting for the purpose of
picking up and setting down passengers, loading and
unloading goods and in connection with building industrial or
demolition operations, the removal of obstructions to traffic,
the maintenance of the roads and the services therein in
pursuance of statutory powers or duties, for the collection and
delivery of postal packets or if it is a vehicle being operated
by or on behalf of the South Yorkshire Safety Camera
Partnerships while carrying out roadside monitoring or
enforcement operations. The usual exceptions for disabled
persons vehicles will also apply.

the restricted road and a statement of the Councils reasons
for proposing to make the Order may be examined at the

propose to make an Order under the provisions of the Road

The effect of the order will be to:
(i) Revoke the following items from Schedule 2.01 of the
Order 30MPH Speed Limit:-
That length of Marsh Lane and Shaftholme Road at Arksey
which extends from a point 23 metres east of its junction with
the un-named road leading to the Community Centre to a
point 101 metres north of its junction with Marsh Lane
(ii) Introduce the following items into Schedule 1.01 of the

Churchill Road at Wheatley in the City of Doncaster District as
described in the Schedule to this notice on the dates and
times referred to in the said Schedule.

and the workforce whilst works to electrical connections
are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Churchill Road, Radiance Road.
