(Prohibition And Restriction Of Waiting) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th of February 2025 Cambridgeshire County Council made the above named Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended).
The effect of the Order is to prohibit waiting at any time on the lengths of the following roads in Huntingdon; Christie Drive, Woodlands, Bloomfield Drive, Devoke Close, Wertheim Way and Haweswater and to prohibit waiting between the hours 8.30am - 9.30am and 2.45pm - 3.45pm Monday to Friday inclusive on lengths of Devoke Close, Huntingdon.
The County of Cambridgeshire, (Wertheim Way, Huntingdon), (Prohibition of Waiting, Order 1992 is hereby revoked.
A copy of the above Order, which comes into operation on the 3rd of March 2025 together with plans showing the effect of the Order and a Statement of the Reason for making the Order, may be inspected online at https://shorturl.at/cjnI0 or copies requested by emailing policyandregulation@cambridgeshire.gov.uk
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the 19th February 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
