Findern Lane - Temporary Road Closure For Gas Mains Replacement
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE FINDERN LANE, WILLINGTON
WHEN: 03 March to 05 May 2025.
WHERE: Findern Lane, Willington from its Jct. with B5008 Etwall Road for an approx. distance of 850m east.
REASON: To facilitate gas mains replacement.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Findern Lane, Doles Lane, Findern Interchange, A38 Burton Road, Toyota Island, B5008 Etwall Road, Findern Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
