B6341 JUNCTION ROTHBURY TO CRAGSIDE, ROTHBURY
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B6341 Junction Rothbury to Cragside from outside the front of Knocklaw Cottage heading in an easterly direction for a length of 860 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 3rd March 2025 until the 1st November 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 3rd March 2025 until the 7th March 2025 between the hours of 07:30 until 17:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 1st November 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being B6344, A697, B6341 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council to carry out structural patching and civils . In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
