Crow Lane - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
CROW LANE, CHESTERFIELD
WHEN: 03 March to 20 March 2025
WHERE: Crow Lane, Chesterfield between its Jct. with Piccadilly Road for a distance of 100m in a northerly direction.
REASON: To facilitate gas main renewal works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Crow Lane (from point of closure), Wetlands Lane, Westmoor Road, Eastmoor Road, Blacksmith Lane,A632, Piccadilly Road and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
