Brackenfield Lane - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
BRACKENFIELD LANE, WESSINGTON
WHEN: 03 March 2025 (08:00 to 17:00).
WHERE: Brackenfield Lane, Wessington at a point 40m south of a property named Springfield.
REASON: To facilitate ducting works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Brackenfield Lane (from point of closure), A615 Matlock Road, Home Lane, School Lane, The Green, Brackenfield Lane (to point of closure) and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.

The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
