Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin (Gosod Terfyn Cyflymder o 40 mya) 2025

HYSBYSIR trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 84(1)(a), 84(1)(c), i 84(2) a 124, a pharagraff 27 o Atodlen 9 i, Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd).

Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd:

1. Gosod terfyn cyflymder o 40 mya ar hyd y darnau ffyrdd a ddisgrifir yn fyr yng ngholofn 2 o’r Atodlen i’r Hysbysiad hwn, ond a ddangosir yn fwy penodol ar y cynlluniau sy’n cynnwys y rhifau cyfeirnod teilsen unigryw a bennir yng ngholofn 3 o’r Atodlen ddywededig ar gyfer pob ardal a ddisgrifir yng ngholofn 1, y dylid eu darllen ar y cyd â’r Gorchymyn ac sy’n ffurfio rhan o’r un peth.

2. Dirymu “Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin (Rhan o Ffordd yr A476, Gors-las - Ffair-fach) (Gosod Terfyn Cyflymder o 50 mya) 2011” i’r graddau y mae’n ymwneud â’r darnau ffyrdd arfaethedig a ddisgrifir yn yr Atodlen i’r Hysbysiad hwn ac a ddangosir yn fwy penodol ar y cynlluniau sy’n dwyn y rhifau cyfeirnod unigryw a bennir yng ngholofn 3 o’r Atodlen ddywededig.

3. Dirymu “Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin (Trimsaran, Cydweli, Carwe a Phont-iets) (Gosod Terfyn Cyflymder o 50 mya) 2012” i’r graddau y mae’n ymwneud â’r darnau ffyrdd arfaethedig a ddisgrifir yn yr Atodlen i’r Hysbysiad hwn ac a ddangosir yn fwy penodol ar y cynlluniau sy’n dwyn y rhifau cyfeirnod unigryw a bennir yng ngholofn 3 o’r Atodlen ddywededig.

4. Dirymu “Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin (Gosod Terfyn Cyflymder o 30 mya) 2023” i’r graddau y mae’n ymwneud â’r darnau ffyrdd arfaethedig a ddisgrifir yn yr Atodlen i’r Hysbysiad hwn ac a ddangosir yn fwy penodol ar y cynlluniau sy’n dwyn y rhifau cyfeirnod unigryw a bennir yng ngholofn 3 o’r Atodlen ddywededig.

5. Dirymu “Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin (Ffordd Dosbarth II Heol Trimsaran, Trimsaran) (Gosod Terfyn Cyflymder o 50 mya) 2005” a “Gorchymyn Sir Gaerfyrddin (Ffordd Gyfyngedig a Therfyn Cyflymder o 40 mya) 2015 (Heol Cwm-bach a Heol Trimsaran, Llanelli)” yn eu cyfanrwydd.

Ceir manylion llawn y cynigion hyn yn y Gorchymyn drafft a gellir archwilio copi ohono, ynghyd â’r cynlluniau a atodwyd iddo sy’n dangos y darnau ffyrdd yr effeithir arnynt, a datganiad ynghylch rhesymau’r Cyngor dros fwriadu gwneud y Gorchymyn yng nghanolfannau HWB Gwasanaethau Cwsmeriaid Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn:

- Uned 22 Rhodfa’r Santes Catrin, Caerfyrddin, SA31 1GA; a
- Rhif 36 Stryd Stepney, Llanelli SA15 3TR yn ystod yr oriau swyddfa arferol.

The County of Carmarthenshire (Imposition of 40 m.p.h. Speed Limit) Order 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Carmarthenshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1)(a), 84(1)(c), 84(2) and 124 of, and paragraph 27 of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The effect of the Order will be:

1. To impose a 40 m.p.h. speed limit in the lengths of road briefly described in column 2 of the Schedule to this Notice, but more particularly shown on the plans bearing the unique tile reference numbers specified in column 3 of the said Schedule for each locality described in column 1 thereof, which are to be read in conjunction with the Order and which form part of the same.

2. To revoke “The County of Carmarthenshire (Part of the A476 Road, Gorslas – Ffairfach) (Imposition of 50 M.P.H. Speed Limit) Order 2011” insofar as the same relates to the proposed lengths of road described in the Schedule to this Notice and more particularly shown on the plans bearing the unique reference numbers specified in column 3 of the said Schedule.

3. To revoke “The County of Carmarthenshire (Trimsaran, Kidwelly, Carway & Pontyates) (Imposition of 50 M.P.H. Speed Limit) Order 2012” insofar as the same relates to the proposed lengths of road described in the Schedule to this Notice and more particularly shown on the plans bearing the unique reference numbers specified in column 3 of the said Schedule.

4. To revoke “The County of Carmarthenshire (Imposition of 30 M.P.H. Speed Limit) Order 2023” insofar as the same relates to the proposed lengths of road described in the Schedule to this Notice and more particularly shown on the plans bearing the unique reference numbers specified in column 3 of the said Schedule.

5. To revoke “The County of Carmarthenshire (Class II Trimsaran Road, Trimsaran) (Imposition of 50 M.P.H. Speed Limit) Order 2005” and “The County of Carmarthenshire (Restricted Road and 40 M.P.H Speed Limit) Order 2015 (Cwmbach Road and Heol Trimsaran, Llanelli)” in their entirety.

Full details of these proposals are contained in the draft Order which, together with the plans annexed thereto showing the parts of roads affected and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined at Carmarthenshire County Council’s Customer Service HWB’s, located at:

- No.36 Stepney Street, Llanelli SA15 3TR during usual office hours.
