ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

(BIRKS LANE, WALSDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Birks Lane from outside Woodlands to The Old Vicarage for a distance of approximately 40 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 3rd March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 7th March 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(HARPER ROYD LANE/HOLLIN LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Harper Royd Lane including Hollin Lane junction from Hollin Lane to Marlborough House for a distance of approximately 260 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Harper Royd Lane, Sowerby Croft Lane, Shaw Lane, Hob Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 3rd March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 30th March 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(RINGWOOD EDGE, ELLAND)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Ringwood Edge from No. 2 to No. 10 for a distance of approximately 60 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 3rd March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 7th March 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(DOB LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Dob Lane from its junction with Row Lane to No. 5 for a distance of approximately 73 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Higham and Dob Lane, Steep Lane, Mirey Lane, Back Rigging Lane, Towngate. Resident access will be maintained. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 6th March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 6th March 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(BROUGHTON STREET, HEBDEN BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Heneghans & Sons Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Broughton Street from its junction with Windsor Road to Palestine

Road for a distance of approximately 75 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Foster Lane, Windsor Road, Victoria Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 20th March 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(OAK AVENUE, TODMORDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Oak Avenue from No. 94 to No. 116 a distance of approximately 45 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Ashenhurst Road, Dineley Avenue, Stile Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 17th March 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30 & 13:30.

(PALESTINE ROAD, HEBDEN BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Heneghans & Sons Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Palestine Road from its junction with Victoria Road to Foster Lane for a distance of approximately 75 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Foster Lane, Windsor Road, Victoria Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 17th March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 20th March 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(STANNINGLEY DRIVE, MIXENDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Stanningley Drive from No. 19 to No. 37 for a distance of approximately 45 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Stanningley Road, Clough Bank.

It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on

17th March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 21st March 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(STANSFIELD MILL LANE, TRIANGLE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Stansfield Mill Lane from No. 1 to Bradmill for a distance of approximately 5 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. Access will be maintained for residents. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on

18th March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 21st March 2025. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(HALIFAX OLD ROAD, HIPPERHOLME)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Halifax Old Road from No. 2 to Mytholme Farm for a distance of approximately 42 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via A58 Halifax Road, Godley Lane, Godley Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 19th March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 19th March 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30 & 13:30.

(JAGGER GREEN LANE, HOLYWELL GREEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Poletek Communicatons Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Jagger Green Lane from No. 8 to No. 12 for a distance of approximately 30 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Station Road, Stainland Road, South Parade, Stainland Road, Green Lane, Clay Pit Lane, Stainland Road, Swan Lane, New Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 20th March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 21st March 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(HAND CARR LANE, LUDDENDENFOOT)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Chevron Traffic Management intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Hand Carr Lane from Willow Royd Stables to Albion House for a distance of approximately 500 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Sowerby Lane, Brocks, Morley Hall Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 21st March 2025 and remain in force for a

maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 21st March 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:30 & 17:00.

(ROOLEY LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Future Network Solutions intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Rooley Lane from Caravan site to Prospect Place for a distance of approximately 268 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Rooley Lane, Plain Lane, Ratten Row Road, Helm Lane, Box Wood Lane, Dean

Lane, St Peters Avenue, Towngate. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 22nd March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 23rd March 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(LAW LANE, SOUTHOWRAM)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Poletek Communications Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Law Lane from its junction with Withinfields to No. 17 for a distance of approximately 36 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Cain Lane, Church Lane, Brookfoot Lane, Elland Road, Halifax Road, Brighouse Road, Leeds Road, Godley Lane, Godley Branch Road, Beacon Hill Road, Bank Top. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 23rd March 2025 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 23rd March 2025. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 06:00 & 09:00.
