(Temporary Suspension of Parking Bay Use) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Telecom works are being or are proposed to be executed on Back Clarence Road, Horsforth, Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park or be in the parking bays along New Road Side, Horsforth, Leeds in the Horsforth Ward, thar run from its junction with Clarence Road to just before Fieldhead GP Surgery. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Wednesday 12th March 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 14th March 2025. The Parking Bay suspension will be in place between 08:00 hours and 18:00 hours on each day. G Moate Ref: ECO2500034

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & 20mph Speed Limit) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because resurfacing works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: 1. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along York Road, Killingbeck, Leeds from the Ivy Street Roundabout to the Junction of Harehills Lane. 2. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel more than 20mph along York Road, Killingbeck, Leeds in the Burmantofts and Richmond Hill Ward from the junction of Burmantofts Street to the junction of Ivy Street. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Lupton Avenue, Harehills Lane and vice Versa. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 10th March 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Tuesday 1st April 2025. The restrictions will be in place between 20:00 hours in the evening and 06:00 hours the following morning. G Pugh. Ref: ICO2500005

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Gas mains replacement because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Victoria Street, Allerton Bywater, Leeds, at its junction with Main Street to outside property no.9. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Victoria Street, Main Street, Station Road and vice-versa. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 17th March 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because water mains renewal works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel in excess of 30mph along Harrogate Road, Harewood, Leeds, from its junction with Wike Lane southbound for a distance of 1200m. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 19th May 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting or Parking) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Telecom works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which will is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or park along Street Lane and Norton Road, in the Roundhay and Moortown Wards in the location indicated by traffic coning at or near the boundary of where the two roads meet. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway to create a new cable extension, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Daleside Road, Pudsey, between its junctions with Daleside Close and Duckett Grove. Diversionary routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Daleside Green; Chatsworth Road; Galloway Lane & Bradford Road and also via Bradford Road; Dick Lane, Girsby Street; Leeds Road; Bradford Road Galloway Lane; Chatsworth Road & Daleside Green. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall to come into operation at 8.00am on Wednesday 5th March 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That because new cable connection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Middleton Park Grove, Middleton Park, Leeds, in the vicinity of its junction with Thorne Road, outside number 148 Middleton Park Grove. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Thorpe Road, Middleton Park Crescent and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Tuesday 18th March 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. For the duration of these works, the length of road on the northern side of Swinegate that runs for 20 metres east of the junction with Mill Hill, will be available for loading and unloading for a maximum stay of 20 minutes only. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because new electrical apparatus installation works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: 1. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Queen Square Court, Leeds between its junctions with Woodhouse Lane and Providence Place. 2. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel in excess of 20mph along Inner Ring Road, between its junctions with Clay Pit Lane and Woodhouse Lane. 3. (Temporary Suspension of Parking Bay Use Except For Police Vehicles) Order 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That because of the need to facilitate safe operation of the highway; Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle other than Police vehicle to enter or be in the parking bay located on the eastern side of Town Street, Farsley; that runs from a point 90 metres north of the junction with Charles Street, for a distance of 6 metres. The Order shall come into operation on Friday 28 February 2025 and to remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months. The Order is expected to be required for a period of 3 months. (Public Footpaths Garforth No.25 & Great & Little Preston No.13) (Leeds)
(Temporary Closure Order) 2024 – Extension Notice
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to continuing carriagway and bridleway works, Leeds City Council, the above-named Order that was made by Leeds City Council on 29 August 2024 and which was due to expire on 1 March 2025, is to remain in force (with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport) until 31 October 2025, or until the completion of the works if earlier. The effect of the Order, as extended, is to extend the closure of Definitive Footpaths Garforth No.25 and Great & Little Preston No.13; running from Manor Farm on Main Street, to where Definitive Footpath Garforth No.25 meets with Definitive Footpath Great & Little Preston No.13; and ending where the latter meets Definitive Footpath Great & Little Preston No.11. A diversionary route for pedestrians will be available via Main Street, Leeds Road, Definitive Bridleway Garforth 43, Definitive Bridleway Garforth 33, Definitive Bridleway Great & Little Preston 26, Definitive Bridleway Great and Little Preston 18.
