Hungerford, Temporary Road Closure Due To Fibre Optic Works

What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - HUNGERGFORD, BURSLEDON, EASTLEIGH

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Hungerford between its junction with Kew Lane and continuing Hungerford until termination.

DURATION OF ORDER: from Wednesday 26th February 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than Friday 28th March 2025 and working between the hours 08:00-18:00).

The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for CCN Communications to do fibre optic works safely. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order, please contact: enquires@ccncommunications.co.uk
