Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells, Multiple Temporary Traffic Regulation Notices

What is happening?

HIGHWAYS

Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984,  makes or intends to make the following Orders.

MAIDSTONE AND TUNBRIDGE WELLS AREA

Various Roads, Maidstone & Royal Tunbridge Wells (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025

To allow the Paddock Wood Half Marathon event to be held, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Various Roads, Maidstone & Royal Tunbridge Wells, on or after 9th March 2025 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.

Various Roads will be closed as per the below schedule:

Starting: Eldon Way

B2160 Maidstone Road, Tonbridge

Mascalls Court Road, Tonbridge

Mile Oak Road, Tonbridge

Pearsons Green Road, Tonbridge*

Churn Lane, Tonbridge

B2162 Maidstone Road, Tonbridge*

B2162 Claygate, Marden*

Spenny Lane, Marden*

Claygate Road, Yalding & Laddingford*

Darman Lane, Laddingford & Paddock Wood*

Queen Street, Paddock Wood & Tonbridge

Church Road, Tonbridge

Warrington Road, Tonbridge*

B2160 Maidstone Road, Tonbridge*

Finish: Eldon Way*

* = Road Closed in direction of runners
